signify the request of the Board with reference to your Letter of the 18th August Be that the
Lords
of the Treasury
will cause the
requisite measures to be taken for the
purpose of having the same forwarded, to the Governor of Hong Kong
Order that this Excellency may be enabled legibly to effect within that Colony to the Act of the 9
